From 2022, amendments to Federal Law No. 63-FZ On Electronic Signatures come into force.

They introduce new rules for obtaining and working with an electronic signature in organizations, individual entrepreneurs, and notaries.

Electronic digital signature (EDS) — a part of an electronic document designed to protect this electronic document from falsification, obtained as a result of cryptographic transformation of information using the private key of the EDS and allows you to identify the owner of the certificate of the signature key, as well as to establish the absence of distortion of information in the electronic document.

From the 1st of July 2017 fines for violations of personal data regulations are dramatically increased. As well, types of violations have been expanded. Fines for legal entities are increased up to 75, 000 rubles and for entrepreneurs up to 20, 000 rubles.
