Federal law "on compulsory social insurance in case of temporary disability and maternity" will be amended.
Accountants will have to collect information from employees and submit it to the Social Insurance Fund (SIF) within three days.
In particular, the law will introduce the following rule: during the employment, the insured person provides the policyholder with information about himself for insurance payments.
Information about the insured person will be issued in paper or electronic form.
The SIF will approve the form for information about the insured person. What exactly will be included in this form is not known yet.
Employees will be required to confirm the information in this form at the beginning of each calendar year, as well as to notify the policyholder of their changes.
Information about the insured person received by the employer must be submitted to the SIF not later than three weekdays from the date of receipt.
