New forms for the registration of the cash register equipment will be approved.

The Tax Service plans to establish some new requirements for the use of the cash registers.

To do this, the Federal Tax Service will adopt several Orders that relate to the cash register equipment.

It is planned to adopt the following documents:

- on approval of application forms for cash register's registration or re-registration and the removal of the cash register from the Register;

- on approval of the procedure for maintaining the cash register's account;

- on approval of the list of documents and the order of their provision by the operator of fiscal data to tax authorities during their control and supervision;

- on approval of the procedure for providing tax authorities with access to fiscal data in real-time and submission of fiscal data by the operator of fiscal data at the request of the tax authority;

- on approval of the additional professional program's standard  in the assessment of the cash register and technical means of the operator of fiscal data;

- on approval of the application form for the compliance of the cash register's model with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
