Fines for lack of military registration in companies from October 1, 2023 will increase significantly

Federal Law No. 404-FZ of#nbsp;July 31, 2023, toughened the punishment for employers who do#nbsp;not fulfill military registration duties. In#nbsp;particular, if#nbsp;the employer does not notify the employee about the call to#nbsp;the military registration and enlistment office or#nbsp;does not ensure the appearance by#nbsp;the order to#nbsp;the army, company officials will pay from 40 000 to#nbsp;50 000 rubles, the fine for the legal entity will be from 350 000 to#nbsp;400 000 rubles. Now only management officials are punished for this from 1 000 to#nbsp;3 000 rubles

A#nbsp;similar responsibility awaits those who do#nbsp;not submit lists to#nbsp;the military registration and enlistment office for initial military registration. Now only officials are fined for this violation.

Several new sanctions will be#nbsp;introduced. Management officials who did not submit or#nbsp;did not send at#nbsp;all information for military registration on#nbsp;employees will pay from 40 000 to#nbsp;50 000 rubles.

Penalties for individuals have also increased. For example, a#nbsp;fine for failure to#nbsp;appear by#nbsp;the order to#nbsp;the army without a#nbsp;reason will be#nbsp;from 10 000 to#nbsp;30 000 rubles. Now maximum fine is#nbsp;3 000 rubles.
