The maximum amount for insurance contributions has been set

Decree of the Russian Federation’s Government N 1935 «On the maximum size of the base for calculating insurance contributions for compulsory social insurance in the event of temporary disability or maternity and for compulsory pension insurance from January 1, 2021» dated 26.11.2020, was published.

• for calculating insurance contributions to the Social Fund in the event of temporary disability or maternity, taking into account the proposed indexation, will not exceed 966,000 rubles on an accrual basis from January 1, 2021;
• for calculating insurance contributions to the Pension Fund, taking into account the increase in the average salary for 2021 and the increasing coefficient of 2.3, will not exceed 1,465,000 rubles on an accrual basis from January 1, 2021.
