You can't send payslips via messengers

The employer must notify employees in written form about the amount of the accrued salary and provide the payslips. But the employers cannot use messengers for this purpose.

According to Federal Service for Labour and Employment, the norms of the Labour Code do not provide for the issuance of payslips to employees via messengers.

But the Ministry of Labour does not mind if the employer sends the payslips by e-mail (letter No. 14-1/OOG-1560 dated 21.02.2017).
