Luxembourg ratified the protocol on the amendment of the agreement on the avoidance of double taxation with Russia.
Russia has received a notification that Luxembourg has completed all the ratification procedures for the document.
Thus, the protocol came into force on March 5, 2021, and its provisions will be applied from January 1, 2022.
