On October 26, Federal law No. 341-FZ dd 15.10.2020 came into force, which tightens sanctions for violating the rules for storing, completing, recording, or using archival documents.
Previous fines were: for citizens — from 100 to 300 rubles, for officials — from 300 to 500 rubles.
From October 26, fines are: for citizens — from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles, for officials — from 3,000 to 5,000 rubles, for companies- from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles.
