If the company has not submitted the reports, the Federal Tax Service will block the account only in 20 days. The new rules will take effect on July 1, 2021.
Also, the tax authorities will have to notify organizations and individual entrepreneurs of the upcoming account’s blocking.
The notification period is no later than 14 working days before the date of blocking.
Now the Federal Tax Service has the right to block the company’s account if the reports are not submitted within 10 days after the deadline.
