By Federal Law No. 63-FZ of April 15, 2019, the obligation to submit tax returns for transport and land taxes for 2020 and subsequent periods for companies in Russia is canceled.
From 2021, to verify payments for transport and land taxes received for the corresponding tax period, notifications will be sent to organizations about the amounts of these taxes calculated by the tax authorities.
