The Ministry of Education and Science made the following recommendations:
- to organize vaccination of foreign students at the university’s expense;
- to transfer students with an exemption to the required vaccination or unvaccinated ones to a remote education;
- to introduce a special regime for visiting academic buildings for unvaccinated students.
