The issues related to the amendments regarding the inclusion of information about the sole shareholder in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities from April 26, 2021, were clarified.
Starting from April 26, 2021, in case a joint-stock company is created by one person, or a joint-stock company that before the specified date and after it had only one shareholder, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities must contain information about the sole shareholder. The specified information is entered in accordance with the information from the applications for state registration submitted to the registration authority in the forms N P11001, N P12016, and N P13014.
At the same time, attention is drawn to the fact that the obligation to report information about the sole shareholder within seven days, as well as the possibility of administrative responsibility, applies only to cases of acquisition by one shareholder of all shares of the company from April 26, 2021.
