The Chief Sanitary Doctor’s resolution is published on the website of Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing.
The first test must be passed within three days, and the results must be uploaded to the public services portal. The second test must be performed one day after, and the results have to be published on public services within five days from the date of entry into the country.
After May 1, everyone who arrives from any country will have to do two laboratory tests for COVID-19. The airports will also organize random testing of foreigners and stateless persons arriving on the territory of Russi.
