The corresponding Decree No. 3143-R dd 28.11.2020 was published.
The list includes more than 600 technologies from various industries, including:
- mechanical engineering;
- energy;
- chemical;
- pharmaceutical industries;
- telecommunications.
In particular, we are talking about the production of supercomputers, composite materials, 3D printing devices and other innovations.
Companies planning investment projects in these areas will be able to conclude a contract with the state in order to launch the mass production of modern competitive products.
The state guarantees such investors stable business conditions. Also, a company participating in the special investment contract can count on tax benefits and other preferences.
If the investment is less than 50 billion rubles, the contract is concluded for a period of up to 15 years.
If the amount is more, then the period of agreement can be extended.
