The Ministry of Finance plans to simplify the procedure for state registration of individual entrepreneurs.
A new registration rule will be introduced. It establishes that for registration as an individual entrepreneur, a person can send all the necessary electronic documents through the taxpayer’s personal account on the Tax Authorities' website. In this case, documents can be signed with an enhanced unqualified electronic signature.
Currently, the law allows entrepreneurs to send registration documents in electronic form (by telecommunication channels, the Unified Portal of Public Services or a notary) only if they are signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
