It is stated in the Order of the Federal Tax Service from October 12, 2020, № ED-7-14/743@.
Submission of electronic documents required for registration to the Tax Authorities is carried out:
- By the applicant — using the internet service on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, a mobile application, or a unified portal of state services;
- Through a notary — using the internet service on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, or with the use of the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction with connection to the unified information system of notaries.
The order and new forms come into force on November 25.
