The Ministry of Finance has published a list of 34 countries with which agreements on the avoidance of double taxation have been reached.
For the beneficiaries of these countries, taxes on income from Russia will increase automatically.
The provisions of the multilateral Convention are applied from January 1, 2021, to the states with which the Russian Federation has agreements on the avoidance of double taxation:

- Austria;
- Belgium;
- Canada;
- Cyprus;
- The Czech Republic;
- Denmark;
- Finland;
- France;
- Iceland;
- India;
- Indonesia;
- Ireland;
- Israel;
- Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Republic of Korea;
- Latvian;
- Lithuania;
- Grand Duchy of Luxembourg;
- Malta;
- Kingdom of the Netherlands;
- New Zealand;
- Norway;
- Poland;
- Portugal;
- Qatar;
- Saudi Arabia;
- Serbia;
- Singapore;
- Republic of Slovakia;
- Slovenia;
- Ukraine;
- United Arab Emirates;
- Great Britain.
