Federal Law No. 457-FZ, dated 04.08.2023 introduced changes to the procedure for issuing electronic signatures and working with electronic signatures. - TIN of a legal entity - a foreign organization,
- KPP and number of the accreditation record of a branch (representative office) of a foreign organization (NZA),
- a notarized power of attorney to vest the head of a branch or representative office of a foreign legal entity with the necessary powers on the territory of Russia.
