Measures include the following:
1) Moratorium on audits
Scheduled audits are not carried out in relation to:
- legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included in the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses until December 31, 2022 inclusive. For accredited IT companies — until December 31, 2024 inclusive.
2) Credit holidays
Small and medium-sized businesses which profitability reduced more than 30%, may apply for credit holidays between March 1 and September 30, 2022.
3) Net assets
- If the value of the net assets of the LLC becomes less than the size of its authorized capital at the end of 2022, the participants of the LLC do not need to make a decision to reduce the authorized capital or liquidate the organization.
- If the value of the net assets of a JSC becomes less than the size of its authorized capital at the end of 2022, the JSC does not need to:
- include in the company’s annual report a section on the state of its net assets;
- make a decision to reduce the authorized capital or liquidate the organization.
