The Ministry of Finance reminds that, according to article 54 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, state registration of a legal entity is carried out at the location of its permanent executive body or a person authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity by law.
Thus, state registration of a legal entity at the place of residence of a permanent executive body or a person authorized to act on behalf of this legal entity is possible.
In this case, the legal entity’s address, which is also the address (place of residence) of the citizen, must be used for communication with the legal entity.
But in this situation, the organization may not receive legally significant messages delivered at the address specified in the register, as well as the risk of absence at the specified address of its agency or representative.
