The vacation schedule must include all employees who work in the organization on the day of approval of the schedule, including employees whose employment contracts will be terminated during the year.
This explanation is given by the Federal Service for Labour and Employment. in letter No. PG / 07303-6-1 dd 02.04.2021.
This document deals with the situation when it is already known in advance that employees will be dismissed for reduction or in connection with the expiration of the employment contract.
The Federal Service for Labour and Employment also noticed that if an employee is dismissed before the end of the working year, at the expense of which he has already received an annual paid leave, the employer can make a deduction from the employee’s salary for the unworked vacation days.
