The current agreement with the Netherlands allows you to get profits from Russia, paying tax at an effective rate of 2–3 percent. At the same time, the corresponding rate in Russia is several times higher. In particular, for legal entities — 15 percent on dividends and 20 percent on interest.
Unfortunately, the negotiations were not successful.
The approach to changing the agreement proposed by the Netherlands was not supported, as it provided for maintaining separate channels for withdrawing funds from the country.
The Netherlands was offered the same conditions as Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Malta. These countries agreed to them, and the Netherlands refused to accept them.
