According to the decree’s text, it is not allowed to attract foreign workers to work in pharmacies, markets, or non-stationary retail facilities. Specialized retail stores that sell alcohol and tobacco products should not have more foreign workers than 15% of the total number of employees.
The permissible share of foreign workers in forestry and logging is 50% of the total number of employees, in vegetable cultivation — 50%, in construction — 80%, in real estate management and maintenance — 70%, in sports — 25%.
The share of foreign workers in passenger and cargo transportation has been reduced — instead of 26% in 2020, 24% is set for 2021.
The companies must bring the number of employees in accordance with the resolution by January 1, 2021.
