This is related to meetings with the following agendas:
- election of the accounting council (supervisory board) and the audit commission of the JSC;
- opinion of the JSC auditor;
- approval of the annual report, annual financial statements of the JSC, if it is decided that the issues are not within the competence of the Board of Directors (Supervisory Board);
- conclusion of annual reports and annual balance sheets of LLC.
The deadlines for the annual meetings are kept the same: the meeting of shareholders, which should contain the results of the activities of the LLC for 2021, must be held no later than April 30, 2022, the annual meeting of shareholders for JSC — no later than June 30, 2022.
