The term of accreditation of a branch or representative office of a foreign legal entity is proposed to reduce from 25 to 15 business days. A Draft of the Federal law N 1013075–7 «on amendments to article № 21 of the Federal law» on foreign investment in Russia» was proposed.
At the same time, the term will remain the same in the case of accreditation of a representative office operating in civil aviation.
Also, it provides the procedure of suspension of accreditation if the necessary documents or the submitted documents do not meet the established procedure, forms, formats, or requirements, which often are technical. It includes the condition of elimination of the violation and the imposition of denial of accreditation in case of its non-elimination.
