From July 1, the control authorities will not be able to act if the event is not included in the register.
The Government has approved the rules for the formation and maintenance of a unified register of control activities. It will make the procedure more transparent.
New rules will come into force from July 1, 2021. From this point on, the supervisors will not be able to conduct inspections if they were not planned and entered into the register in advance. The General Prosecutor Office will be responsible for its management.
The unified register will be synchronized with the portal of public services. Entrepreneurs will be able to track all the information about upcoming inspections in their accounts and see the results after them.
