The Decree N 1969 dated 30.11.2020 «On peculiarities of formation of annual plans of scheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for 2021, inspections in 2021 and amendments to paragraph 7 of the Rules of annual plans' preparation of scheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs by bodies of state and municipal control " was published.
According to the Decree:
- inspections in 2021 can be carried out not only in person but also remotely using audio or video communication;
- from 01.07.2021, the state control body may conduct an inspection visit instead of a scheduled inspection;
- starting from 30.06.2021, the period of scheduled inspections will be reduced to 10 days;
- the annual inspection plans do not include small business entities except for the entities specified in paragraph 8 of the Decree № 1969 dd 30.11.2020;
- in paragraph 7 of the «Rules of preparation» some additional cases were introduced when it is possible to change inspections' plans.
