From February 1, 2021, individual entrepreneurs must indicate the product’s name in the cash receipt. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a fine. It is necessary to prepare the cash register for nomenclature accounting in advance.
The nomenclature does not mean only the name of goods or services. In the receipt, you also need to specify:
- the price per unit of goods or services;
- quantity or volume;
- the total amount.
For the absence of nomenclature or errors in the receipt, fines will be imposed in accordance with the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
The possible penalties are the following:
- for an official person — from 1500 to 3000 rubles;
- for individual entrepreneurs — from 5000 to 10000 rubles.
