Reduce rates of obligatory insurance contributions will be applicable for small or medium-sized enterprises in accordance with the Federal Law of No.209-FZ of 24.07.2007 «On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Russian Federation.»
The company should be registered in the list of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Reduced rates will be applicable for a salary exceeding minimum wage (on 01.04.2020, the minimum wage is 12 130 rubles).
Reduced rates start from 01.04.2020 as follows:
- obligatory pension insurance — 10% (both, before and above limit value) instead of 30%;
- obligatory social insurance — 0% instead of 2.9%;
- obligatory medical insurance- 5% instead of 5.1%.
Reduced rates are also set for 2021.
