The procedure for creating, using and storing electronic documents related to work in the system is defined as part of an experiment conducted in accordance with the Federal law «On conducting an experiment on the use of electronic documents related to work». The creation, use, and storage of electronic work-related documents are performed directly by the employer participating in the experiment.
The information required for the formation and placement of electronic documents related to work in the system may include the following documents:
- employment contracts;
- agreements on material responsibility;
- student agreements;
- contracts for on-the-job education;
- orders for employment.
The resolution comes into force from the date of its official publication, with the exception of certain provisions that come into force on October 1, 2020, and are valid until March 31, 2021.
