According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 3675-r dd December 30, 2020, family members of foreign highly-qualified specialists will be able to enter Russia in the current pandemic situation. But only spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents and adopted children of the foreign highly-qualified specialists can come.
Members of the family are allowed to enter Russia once on the basis of a special list formed by the federal executive authority.
To be included in the list, a person must provide some documents and a written request to the relevant federal executive authority.
When crossing the Russian border, family members of a foreign highly-qualified specialist must have documents confirming their relationship with the highly-qualified specialist, copies of his/her passport and work permit.
