- 1.1 — in relation to cars with an average cost of 3 to 5 million rubles. and not older than 3 years;
- 2 — in relation to cars with an average cost of 5 to 10 million rubles. and not older than 5 years.
Thus, now increasing coefficients will be applied only to cars from the List of the Ministry of Industry and Trade more expensive than 10 million rubles. The list itself will now be published no later than March 31 of the current year (earlier — no later than March 1).
Note that the Ministry of Industry and Trade should update the List of expensive cars for 2022 in terms of excluding models cheaper than 10 million rubles from it.
