- Foreign citizens and stateless people who arrived in the Russian Federation in a manner that does not require a visa may apply for the grant (extension, re-registration) of a patent without regard to the requirements for the established deadline for application of the documents for registration, for the stated purpose of the visit and departure from the Russian Federation;
- The employers, customers of works (services), who received in the prescribed manner permission to attract and use foreign workers, and who work in compliance with restrictions and other measures aimed at ensuring sanitary and epidemiological wellbeing of the population, are entitled to apply for the issuance (renewal) of the work permit of foreign citizen or person without citizenship arrived in the Russian Federation in the procedure requiring a visa. Such permission is issued (extended) without taking into account the requirements for the stated purpose of the visit of a foreign citizen or a stateless person for any period up to and including September 15, 2020.
This Decree comes into force on June 16, 2020.
