Mandatory vaccination is coming.

The Federal Service for Labour and Employment published their updated answer to the question about the suspension of unvaccinated employees.

It is reported that the employer has the right to suspend an employee who refused to be vaccinated without pay. But the provisions on mandatory vaccination do not apply to citizens who have contraindications to vaccination. These contraindications should be established by the methodological recommendations for the procedure of vaccination.

Thus, since mandatory vaccination does not apply to people with a medical exemption, they cannot be suspended from work for refusing to be vaccinated.
