The deadline for making some changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs has been extended up to 7 business days.
The amendments were made to Article 5 of Federal Law No. 129-FZ dd 08.08.2001. They came into force on 26.04.2021.
According to new rules, within 7 working days, organizations and individual entrepreneurs must report the changes in information:
- the name of the LLC or the full name of the sole proprietor;
- location addresses;
- codes according to Russian classifier of types of economic activity;
- licenses;
- legal form for organizations or citizenship of sole proprietors;
- others listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 5 of this Federal Law.
- changing the corporate name of an organization that is a member or founder of the company, a holder of the register of its shareholders, or a person who has the right to act without a power of attorney on behalf of the company;
- reorganization in the form of a merger, merger or transformation of a company that is the sole participant or founder of the company.
Previously, the deadline for notifying the Federal Tax Service about changes in information was 3 working days.
