Starting from 2020, a new 3-PIT Declaration is applied for declaring income.
The order with a new form of 3-PIT Declaration is approved. It will replace the current order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MMV-7-11/569@ dated 03.10.2018.
The order comes into force after two months from its official publication date, but not earlier than 01.01.2021.
It is applied for PIT Declaration for 2020.
